First off, you're probably wondering whether this RB wad updating tool is for PAL or NTSC. The answer is simple.

Both.

Now to the good stuff. I created my own custom batch file (UPDATE.BAT), similar to "--- StartMenu ---.bat" that you might find in other RB3 DLC tools, however it's much simpler. Now there is only 1 batch file, instead of having 1 in every generation's folder. Secondly, it does some simple checks, such as:
1. Checks if an older wad exists and if so then
2. Makes sure the newer wad is not the same as the older wad

To update a wad follow these steps:
1. Run UPDATE.BAT
2. Type either 1 for NTSC or 2 for PAL and press Enter/Return key.
3. Type the generation's number (anywhere from 1 and 10) and press the Enter/Return key.
4. Wait while the applications run.
5. Once you are back at a menu, read and determine whether the wad was updated or not
6. Press any key to return to the wad menu.
7. Repeat step 3-7 as needed.
